That Senate Dining Room

There is something in this story that we free market types find just irresistible.  So here is another take from Jonah Goldberg.

One wishes that Milton Friedman had lived to read the story and remark that ... well, yes, it seems there is no free lunch.  And the U.S. Senate is last to realize it.
