A Suicidal Lemming?

Once again, Milton's school budget went down to defeat.  It had trouble passing last year as well.  Given that fact, it was awfully gutsy of Milton's Representative Reginald Godin to have voted to repeal the two-votes provision of Act 82.   Ignoring the will of his voters to constrain school spending in favor of the interests of the Vermont-NEA, well, that's what we call lemming politics.
