Where have we heard this before?
Vermont is losing young people and replacing them with older ones. Our overall population growth is stagnant: Vermont's growth rate was 49th in the country last year. Our demographic distribution has gone from being comparable with the national average to being dead last in the 25-29 age bracket, 1st in population between the ages of 50 and 54, and the 2nd oldest overall.
Mike Quinn, Vermont's Commissioner of Economic Development, writing in the Herald.

Nice job, Mike.
Do you get the sense that we are finally having a two-sided, honest debate about Vermont, it's problems and assets?
Personally, I have a sense of hope and a renewed commitment that Vermont Tiger will not let this, and related issues, drop off the grid.
Please keep doing your part and we'll do ours.
