Very thoughtful analysis. It seems the Ethan Allen Institute is taking a cue from the O'Reilly Factor when it comes to analysis. Did you go to the Kennedy School with Bill-O?

With all the hot air blowing on the Governor's Green Standard, I don't think Vermonters will be shivering much in the dark. They will, however, be busy digging out from a complete snow job.

Republican or Democrat, we deserve better leadership than this on climate change in this state.

We also deserve a higher level of discourse from so-called 'think tanks.'
