Many of France's most talented and ambitious citizens leave for places where work is more appreciated and more amply rewarded. In order to lure them home, the new government proposes to cut taxes. And why not, it worked for the Irish. No reason it wouldn't work for Vermont, too.
Are we less bold than the French? How sad would that be?
