A Diversionary Maneuver

    Our leaders find another issue requiring their most urgent attention.  Meanwhile, reform of the property tax/education funding system will be assigned to its customary location on the back burner where it, like the taxpayers, will simmer and, occasionally, boil.
    One thought: didn't we have ten years or less to do something about global warming?  Is this more critical than saving the polar bears and salvaging the planet? 
    There is just so much important work to be done in Montpelier.
